Even at a distance there was something unusual about this flag, maybe the proportions not strictly orthodox. When I got close enough I found it's made of wooden slates, maybe even the trim material used to cover the block wall structure below the windows. Pretty good job for home-made.
PS: I set this up last night while doing other things, then this morning went out to work with interesting foggy conditions. Without checking over and posting, the, well, post. So here it is, a little late.
